1. Law
These Terms & Conditions govern access to SprintCanvas Academy learning programs, downloadable facilitation kits, and related materials published at mesh-hubcenter.one. They are written in an accessible tone but remain a binding agreement between you and our teaching team.
Governing law is the Republic of Korea. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms, the services, or their performance shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Seoul, unless a mandatory consumer protection rule in your location grants you a non-waivable right to bring claims elsewhere.
If a tribunal finds a portion of these terms unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted. Where Korean statutes provide you with non-waivable rights, those statutes prevail over conflicting language below.
2. IP
All curriculum text, facilitation scripts, diagrams, recordings, and branding assets remain the intellectual property of SprintCanvas Academy or its licensors. Your purchase or enrollment grants a limited, non-exclusive license to use materials for internal learning inside the organization that paid for access.
You may not resell, publicly syndicate, or host course videos on open networks without written permission. You may adapt worksheets for internal use provided you retain attribution footers shipped with the files.
If you believe materials infringe your rights, contact team@mesh-hubcenter.one with detailed identification of the work, proof of ownership, and the URL where the content appears. We respond in line with applicable notice-and-takedown practice.
3. User obligations
You agree to provide accurate enrollment information, keep login credentials confidential, and notify us if credentials are compromised. You will not attempt to disrupt live sessions, harass participants, or record individuals without their knowledge where such recording is restricted by law or classroom rules.
You are responsible for ensuring that minors only participate when a parent or guardian has provided consent required by your jurisdiction. Facilitators may remove participants who endanger psychological safety or refuse reasonable participation guidelines announced at the start of each cohort.
You also agree to comply with export control, sanctions, and anti-corruption rules applicable to your employer when sharing technical scenarios that include controlled information.
4. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, non-payment where applicable, or abusive conduct toward staff or peers. When termination is for cause, refunds follow the Returns & Refunds policy rather than automatic credit.
You may stop using the services at any time. Certain provisions—including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law—survive termination.
If a cohort is canceled by us, you will receive either a seat transfer to the next cohort or a refund consistent with the Returns & Refunds policy, depending on what you select in writing within fourteen days of the notice.
5. Acceptance
By enrolling, purchasing materials, or continuing to use the website after we post an update, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use and contact team@mesh-hubcenter.one to close your account.
Enterprise agreements signed separately control when they explicitly override these online terms. Where silent, these terms fill gaps regarding website use and standard cohort purchases.
6. Service description
SprintCanvas Academy provides professional education for IT delivery teams, including facilitated cohorts, workshops, downloadable templates, and mentor feedback windows described on each course page. Unless expressly stated, services are educational rather than consulting engagements.
We may update schedules, facilitators, or minor curriculum elements to reflect operational improvements. Material changes to learning outcomes will be communicated to active participants with options to reschedule or exit under the Returns & Refunds policy when applicable.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by Korean law, SprintCanvas Academy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the services, including lost profits, lost goodwill, or business interruption.
Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to any course enrollment will not exceed the amount you paid for that specific enrollment during the twelve months preceding the claim. These limitations do not apply where Korean law forbids such caps for intentional misconduct or personal injury caused by our negligence.
You acknowledge that educational outcomes depend on your team's application of practices after class. We do not warrant specific operational results.
