Returns & Refunds

This Returns & Refunds policy applies to SprintCanvas Academy enrollments purchased directly through mesh-hubcenter.one or invoices issued by our accounts team. Enterprise agreements that specify different refund mechanics take precedence where they explicitly address the same topic.

You may cancel for a full refund within fourteen days of purchase provided the cohort has not started and you have not downloaded confidential facilitator kits marked as non-returnable. After a cohort begins, refunds follow the eligibility section below. Refund requests must include your enrollment reference, payer name, and reason so we can locate records quickly.

Email team@mesh-hubcenter.one with the subject “Refund request.” We confirm receipt within three business days and communicate approval or follow-up questions. Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within ten business days, though banking networks may add additional settlement time.

For refund status, contact the same email thread. If you paid through an employer, we may require internal approval from your finance contact before sending funds.

Partial credits may be offered if you withdraw after the first live session due to medical emergencies or relocation supported by documentation. Credits are not cash unless required by law. No refunds are offered for no-shows, dissatisfaction unrelated to a material failure to deliver described learning outcomes, or violations of classroom conduct rules that result in removal.

Custom private workshops with perishable materials or third-party venue deposits may list separate cancellation windows on the statement of work. Digital downloads delivered instantly after purchase may be non-refundable once accessed, as noted at checkout. Consumer rights under the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce remain available where they apply despite any conflicting general statement above.
